Tilde Made is a privately owned woodworking studio in Colorado Springs, crafting refined, small-batch furniture and objects that honor traditional craftsmanship and the quiet beauty of natural materials.
I'm Nicos, the maker behind it. I've had two obsessions since I was a kid: a camera and a woodshop. I shot my first videos at twelve and learned carpentry from my dad, who's been at the bench 30+ years and is still going. I could never pick between the two, so I stopped trying. For over a decade I've traded between them, about seven years as a filmmaker and years more in the workshop.
Tilde Made is where they finally meet. Every piece begins with a single idea, a form, a function, or a material, and grows through careful design and small-batch making. These are the solid-wood pieces I first made for my own desk, now made for yours. Objects meant to be used, lived with, and appreciated for years to come.
My goal is simple: make quality work that people can enjoy for a lifetime. If it's built with care, it shows.
